Communications, explained

What are business communications?

Your people, numbers and devices.
Working as one calling setup.

Business communications connects your team with customers and each other. Cloud calling, Teams Phone and SIP connectivity offer different ways to organise business calls, depending on the platform and equipment you want to use.

Radian helps compare those routes around your working day: who answers, which numbers matter and what should happen when someone is busy or away. We coordinate the service, devices and changeover through one point of contact.

Make an informed choice

Choose the setup around your work.

01

A complete hosted system

Choose VoiceLogic where you want a cloud calling platform with supported apps and phones. Confirm collaboration and optional AI receptionist capabilities for the selected setup.

02

A Teams-first workplace

Explore Teams Phone when staff already work in Teams. Keep phone-system licensing and external calling connectivity explicit in the proposal.

03

A system worth retaining

A supported PBX may use SIP trunks. Review compatibility, maintenance and the business case before deciding whether to adapt or replace it.

The practical details

Make the change
work for your callers.

A good migration starts with the customer journey, then prepares numbers, devices and users around it.

Plan your setup ↗

Map the routes

Agree who should answer, what happens during busy periods and where calls go outside opening hours.

Coordinate number transfers

Check eligibility and dependencies before setting a changeover date. Keep the current service active until arrangements are confirmed.

Test the working day

Check inbound calls, outbound calls, transfers, voicemail and any agreed alternative route.

The practical details

Support that follows
the call journey.

A calling issue can involve a device, account, local network, access connection or the platform beyond it. We coordinate investigation around the symptoms and agreed service scope.

Record whether the problem affects a user, location, incoming or outgoing calls. Include time and symptoms so the right team can investigate. Existing PBX support, including 3CX, is subject to compatibility and an agreed support arrangement.

Beyond ordinary calls

Check the equipment
connected to a phone line.

Payment equipment, door entry, alarms and monitoring devices may rely on a traditional line for more than voice. Identify these dependencies before changing or cancelling the existing service.

Ask the equipment supplier to confirm a supported digital or cellular alternative and the testing required. A SIM or adaptor does not automatically make every existing device compatible; specialist and safety-related systems need their supplier’s validated arrangement.

A little more clarity

Communications,
answered.

Have a question about your setup?
Tell us what you want to achieve.

Can we keep our business numbers?

Often, subject to number and provider checks. We review the numbers, existing service details and transfer arrangements before scheduling a move.

Do we need new desk phones?

Not always. We check existing equipment and supported apps, handsets and headsets before recommending the device mix.

Is an AI receptionist available?

An optional AI receptionist can be explored, subject to supplier confirmation of compatibility, tasks, pricing and data handling. It is not a standard inclusion.

Are recording and CRM integrations included?

Availability depends on the platform, package and supported applications. We confirm licences, configuration and any relevant recording arrangements.

What happens if our internet fails?

The design can include alternative connectivity and supported diversion routes. Power, devices and session behaviour need planning and testing.

Can you support our existing phone system?

Share the platform, version, hosting and provider arrangements. Supported options and responsibilities are confirmed after review.

UK-wide service enquiries

Communications across the UK.

Bring UK business numbers, users, sites and specialist connected equipment into the same migration plan. Hosted phones, Teams calling and SIP have different dependencies, so compatibility and transfer requirements should be checked before changing service.

Based in Charlwood, we welcome enquiries nationwide, with a particular focus on Horley, Crawley, Gatwick, Surrey, Sussex and London. Delivery, availability and any site attendance are confirmed for your chosen service.
