Symmetrical capacity
Support sending as well as receiving: useful for project files, cloud backups, video meetings and hosted services.
Dedicated access for demanding work
Give cloud workloads, business calling and large transfers the capacity they need, with a fibre leased line and a clearly defined service agreement.

Fibre leased lines, explained
Dedicated capacity.
In both directions.
A fibre leased line provides dedicated, uncontended access bandwidth for your organisation. Symmetrical capacity means the contracted upload and download rates match, which can be useful for busy offices and substantial two-way traffic.
Radian helps you compare bandwidth, service levels, addressing and equipment as a complete service. We also review installation requirements and whether your site needs another route if the primary circuit is interrupted.
See the bigger picture →Built around the work you do
Choose the circuit, equipment and support around the applications your site relies on.
Support sending as well as receiving: useful for project files, cloud backups, video meetings and hosted services.
Contracted access capacity for your circuit provides a different service model from ordinary shared broadband.
Understand the applicable availability measures, reporting process, response arrangements and remedies before ordering.
Include public IP requirements for VPNs, remote access and hosted systems in the design. Confirm allocations in the proposal.
Plan survey, building access, router configuration and handover with the relevant delivery specialists.
Review diverse fibre, broadband or mobile backup around the impact of a fault and the work that needs to continue.
Explore resilience optionsService availability, equipment, features, licences and support scope are confirmed in your proposal. Optional services are priced and agreed separately.
The picture, made clearer
A primary circuit and an optional alternative route can form part of a resilience plan. Independent routes, equipment and power need checking.
The backup path is an option to scope, not a standard inclusion. A second circuit does not by itself guarantee route diversity or uninterrupted sessions.
Illustrative design. Actual routing, supported equipment and features depend on the selected service and agreed configuration.
Make an informed choice
Agree the contracted rate, physical interface and any future capacity options. Router and firewall throughput must match the intended use.
Read availability, response and restoration definitions separately. The agreement explains scope, exclusions and remedies.
Survey, access permissions and construction can influence delivery. Expected dates and any additional works are confirmed during provisioning.
Continuity, considered
A leased line is still a physical connection. Cable damage, equipment faults and power loss need a wider continuity design.
Plan your setup ↗Explore physical route diversity and separate network dependencies where available. Confirm what is genuinely independent.
A secondary link may support essential work at reduced capacity. Check addressing, signal and application compatibility.
Review router, firewall and power dependencies alongside the circuits, then test the intended failover behaviour.
From enquiry to everyday use
Establish application demand, site details and contract dates.
Agree bandwidth, handover, equipment, addressing and SLA.
Coordinate surveys, access, installation and configuration.
Test the agreed service and any secondary route before handover.
A little more clarity
Have a question about your site?
Start with the address and what you need.
Available bandwidth and bearer options depend on your location, delivery network and chosen service. We confirm the offered specification and any upgrade options in your proposal.
Consider upload demand, simultaneous use, the impact of disruption and the service agreement you need. A smaller site can still have demanding requirements; headcount alone is not the deciding factor.
No. It refers to bandwidth allocation. Faults remain possible, so service levels and a suitable resilience design matter.
It depends on existing infrastructure, site access, survey results and any construction. We coordinate the known stages and confirm expected timescales through provisioning.
Only where specified in the agreed service. We can compare an additional fibre circuit, broadband or mobile backup and explain the limitations of each.
Performance also depends on remote services, routing, devices and the local network. Dedicated capacity helps address access demand; testing confirms how important applications behave.
UK-wide service enquiries
Leased-line pricing and delivery depend on the premises and required capacity. Send the full UK installation addresses, target dates and resilience requirements so access options, survey dependencies and service terms can be compared.
Based in Charlwood, we welcome enquiries nationwide, with a particular focus on Horley, Crawley, Gatwick, Surrey, Sussex and London. Delivery, availability and any site attendance are confirmed for your chosen service.
